Create your own Candle experience to benefit Mission for Miralcles. 

Bluffton Candles is excited to offer Candle Making Events to enjoy with friends and family. 

Be sure to book in advance! Walk-in is welcome based on availability.
You can book a seat for yourself or book with your friends. A maximum of 14 attendees will be seated at the Studio Bar. Due to limited seats, all reserved sessions are non-transferable and non-refundable.  

We value your time in joining us, and we strive to start the session on time. Here are Important things to remember: 

-Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled session to complete registration and sign the waiver.  Click here to view a copy of the waiver.

-Safety is a priority in candle making. I understand the excitement, but following the safety rules as we begin the candle-making session is crucial.  

-We avoid contamination, so Food is not allowed during the session.    
Enjoy the process and run your creative mind in blending fragrance oils.
Melt, Mix, and pour! Your candles need to solidify and will be ready for pick up the next day. Or we can ship it for you with a flat shipping fee of $9.99++.  
Any unclaimed candles after seven days are considered abandoned.

About the fundraising:

Mission for Miracles is a fundraising initiative created by Carrie Reeves, a student at the University of South Carolina and a dedicated member of USC Dance Marathon (USCDM). As the largest student-run philanthropic organization in South Carolina, USCDM is committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families receiving care at Prisma Health Children’s Hospital–Midlands. Through year-round fundraising efforts in support of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals, the organization works to improve the hospital experience for children and provide support to the families who need it most.

A central focus of USCDM’s mission is supporting the hospital’s Child Life program, which helps make hospital stays less intimidating and more enjoyable for young patients. Through activities, play, and emotional support, Child Life specialists bring moments of comfort, joy, and normalcy to children during challenging times. Every fundraising effort contributes to creating a more positive experience for these children and reminding their families that they are not alone.

Inspired by this mission, Carrie created Mission for Miracles, a signature candle scent designed to represent the compassion, warmth, and joy that USCDM strives to bring to every child. Carefully selected by Carrie, the fragrance features notes of ocean, gardenia, and bergamot, creating a soft, refreshing, and uplifting scent. Each note reflects the spirit of Mission for Miracles: the calming comfort of the ocean, the gentle beauty of gardenia, and the bright, cheerful energy of bergamot.

More than just a candle, Mission for Miracles represents the power of coming together to make a difference. It is a reminder that even the smallest acts of kindness can bring light to someone's life, especially during difficult times. Through this initiative, Carrie hopes to raise awareness and funds for a cause that makes a lasting impact on children and their families. By combining a meaningful fragrance with the mission of USC Dance Marathon, Mission for Miracles aims to turn an everyday product into an opportunity to give back, spread hope, and help create brighter tomorrows for the children served by Prisma Health Children’s Hospital–Midlands.
