At Bluffton Candles Gift Shop, we strive to provide you with high-quality products and an exceptional shopping experience. While we do not accept returns or offer refunds, we are happy to facilitate exchanges under certain conditions.

To be eligible for an exchange, please ensure the following:

1. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
2. A receipt or gift receipt must be presented.
3. The exchange request must be made within 30 days of the original purchase.

Kindly note that exchanges will not be processed after the 30-day period. We appreciate your understanding in this matter, as it allows us to maintain the quality of our products and services.

FOR ONLINE PURCHASES ONLY: RETURNS | REFUND | EXCHANGES POLICY

  • We do not accept returns. We take great pride in producing the highest quality soy candle product available. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise to resolve.
  • Damages from shipping must be reported within 2 days of receipt of your shipment. Please forward a photograph of damaged goods with a full description to info@blufftoncandles.com. Keep all packaging materials and do not use the product until the shipping issue is documented with the carrier.
  • Bluffton Candles will file a carrier claim on your behalf. We will replace the damaged goods or issue a credit on a future order only.
  • No refunds will be given. By purchasing our products, you agree that you are knowledgeable about the safe, appropriate storage and use of the products that you purchase.
  • You agree to carefully inspect your order upon arrival and that you will not hold Bluffton Candles for any liabilities pertaining to improper storage or use of these products.
